Dein Job:
Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung und das Backoffice in einem spannenden Start-up-Umfeld und sorge dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.Behalte unsere Finanzen im Blick: Führe die Buchhaltung, stimme Konten ab und überwache Zahlungsströme.
Strukturiere und optimiere das Backoffice: Organisiere Verträge, Unterlagen und Prozesse, die das operative Geschäft unterstützen.
Dein Profil:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Buchhaltung und Organisation.
Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, und du liebst es, Dinge effizient zu managen.
Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl und hast Lust, in einem Start-up richtig mit anzupacken.
Du beherrschst den Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung in Buchhaltungs- und Finanzsoftware wie beispielsweise DATEV.

Your Job:
Take charge of accounting and back-office operations in an exciting start-up environment and ensure everything runs smoothly. Manage our finances: Handle bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and monitor payment flows. Structure and optimize the back office: Organize contracts, documents, and processes that support day-to-day operations.
Your Profile:
You have completed vocational training in business administration or hold a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in accounting and organization.
You are characterized by a structured and self-reliant work style and love managing tasks efficiently.
You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in a start-up.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally have experience with accounting and financial software, such as DATEV.
